Hi,
I’m Lorrayn de Peyer, and I’ve spent the last 35 years exploring what truly helps us grow and thrive—from healing emotional wounds to building fulfilling relationships and creating authentic success.
Is it this is it
I have a BA Honours in Psychology and Sociology, and my studies have included psychotherapy, mindfulness, CBT, NLP, and metaphysical teachings. But beyond the academic side, I’ve lived this work. I’ve walked through dark times, overcome limiting beliefs, and rebuilt a life full of joy, purpose, and freedom.
Now, I help others do the same. Over the years, I’ve led thousands through workshops and support groups. As a former professional singer who’s toured internationally, I know the power of performance—but nothing compares to helping others transform.
One of the most profound insights I’ve discovered is this: group energy heals. and when we come together in a safe, guided space with a shared intention, transformation accelerates. The science backs this up—from Lynne McTaggart’s work to therapeutic insights about relational healing. Group dynamics can supercharge personal growth, much like therapy—only amplified.

Your first session is completely FREE, and then only £45 a month (starts when you pay) on a subscription basis for three invaluable sessions of one hour each a month. Cancel at any time.
